Why not ask the government of Iraq? Saddam was tried, convicted, and executed totally by the Iraqi court system. I wonder if the Iraqi government charged his family for the rope like that sadistic former terrorist did his victims?

Don't forget that it was the Iraqi government that tried and hanged Saddam. (was it really Saddam? some people are saying it wasn't him at all, but one of his doubles). The man was a murderer, he murdered hundreds of Kurds. Whether or not Bush will be held accountable for his actions is another question.

They hanged Saddam for the numerous attacks on the citizens of Iraq. Also do you remember all the accusations over the Weapons Of Mass Destruction he had stored away? If you murder someone, then you are obviously going to be punished by a jail sentence. When you consider the sheer magnitude of Saddam's attacks, you will understand why he has been hanged.

My Aunt lived in Baghdad up until 7 years ago and told me horror stories about Saddam and what he would do to innocent people just because he felt like it or how his "thugs" would kill people because they were in a bad mood. The fact of the matter is Iraq can not handle change and everyone wants to be in charge. They wanted change for years and now they have it and America is the bad guys. Oh by the way maybe you should tell the idiots over there that are blowing up car bombs on a daily basis to STOP...they are killing their own people in Iraq because of their religion...if that isn't the stupidest thing I have ever heard!!! Really those people are like children...OVER A RELIGION...that is called I AM BIG BABY AND I HAVE TO BE IN CHARGE...GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!

Saddam deserved to be hanged for all of the crimes he committed and if you're proud of that piece of trash, then you're responsible for enabling him to commit so many attrocities. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Your question was not formed properly, so I could not understand it. Did you mean that you are proud to be muslim? Or did you mean that you are proud because you like sadaam more than Bush. You really do understand why Sadaam was hanged. He certainly understood.

let me clear it out to u that saddam was executed bcoz he had tortured and killed lakhs n lakhs of innocent people including the muslims.....and to add to this he was also involved in the destruction of weapons .........but i dont understand one thing.....how is executing saddam going to matter to people now???
well im an indian and these things dont really matter to me but to be frank sumwer in my mind i think saddam should have been allowed to live his last bakri id and ofcourse 2007.....but i dunno wat r people actually upto.....
