Is it a 12 or a 6 bandit?
12 bandits are terrible for the pin sticking and causing the clutch to slip.
6 bandits are terrible for lever sticking.
email me and I can organise to speak to you, it's much easier.
The clutch pin which is located behind the front sprocket cover, gets all covered in grease and oil and dirt from your chain this causes the pin to stick causing the clutch to slip. This pin passes through engine from left hand side to clutch basket side.
Hope this helps.
btw the clutch's are bullet proof much like the engines!!
Cheers

When the engine is cold ,the oil is thick, causing the wore out clutch to slip easier.Install new clutch disk and I always put heavier springs in over stock.

Have you checked the free play in your cable? If it's too tight it will slip to start with and bite when things heat up!
