powerpoint is quite simple. You have to make many slides and write all info there and obviously put a background unless you like plain white. Go to slide animations and spend a lot of time experimenting different styles of animations. Once you animate everything, just press F5 to start.
There is something called master slide which can be used to put background and make animations throughout the file in a go.

Pl log on to MS office tools for working on power point presentation with user friendly help menu...It is easy to learn and understand

Just start the power point software (Office) and click on help.
U will find everything there.
