I am going to assume that this might, and I stress might be a legitimate question based on body physiology...but I really doubt it.
However.....at the moment of death, primarily a violent one all muscles are relaxed and released. This includes the bladder & anus muscle. So the most likely repy is yes. How ever, in civilized countries the condemed is offered the opportunity to take an enema and or were a Depends type adult diapar.
