Who would I go that I might be able to speak in person to about finiding the best option for me?

How much do you think an economical option would be for the closest thing to the strip per month? 1000 dollars per month?

The Sunday Las Vegas Review Journal is a good source of real estate information, and should be available at a bookstore/news stand near you.

There are a bunch of new apartment complexes going up in south LV. They are still "on or close to the strip>(LV Blvd)" just 3-5 miles south of the main hotel cluster..A 1 br in this area runs around $600, I didn't check into a 2 br...This seemed like a pretty nice area, but, I didn't do a real in depth check...

There are cheaper 1s like MArk Twain apts. How close is close? Not that many all but in Strip other than time shares & the condos they are building. Many within 2-3 miles that are well below 1000/mo. No reason at all to be nearer to Strip.
