A TV with a digital tuner is a TV that can recieve digital TV channels through it with no box to hook up to it. Freeview is the free digital TV service that goes through your normal aerial, which includes all the normal channels and the digital-only ones like BBC 3 and E4.

If you buy a TV with a digital tuner it will most likely have Freeview.
