Well firstly...there is no real evidence to suggest what happens when you enter a worm-hole let alone that the concept actually exists. Then you have to understand that hyperspace windows are just a sped-up version of ordinary space travel (again something still existing as a concept and not actually done). Then if we understood these properly we could possible conclude that you will simply travel faster through it, a hyperspace window would simply be a point where you begin travelling extreme speeds to where you stop, its not actually a window...just an extreme speed. So if a wormhole operates by simply opening and closing letting you pass through, and it took a noticeable time to travel through it, you would travel through it more quickly and appear where the 'hyperspace window' is destined to stop.

Logic dictates that theoretically it would'nt be possible since the worm hole would problably collapse the very second you went into hyperspace.
