Did Yahoo contact you through your email address? That is the way they notify you that you have broken a Yahoo rule etc... I would not worry about it. If it was a big deal Yahoo would have shut down your account. I think the person was just trying to get you wound up.

if you did nothing wrong don't worry about it the truth has a why of showing up eventually If they are lying they are the one's that's going to look bad.
