What does this mean? Whenever my bf and I get into a fight.. the ONLY way I can be nice to him and get back into things is if I either a) break into his e-mail and read embarassing things he writes to people, b) read his mail and go through his things, c) throw away something small of his d) slightly damage something of his, e) make him spend money on something and then throw it away.. etc...

Does doing those things really make you feel better? It doesn't make alot of sense to me but I think it's quite immature to throw a temper tantrum and destroy things. You need to learn to handle your emotions and work things out between you in a less destructive manner. Just think before you do these things and ask yourself if destroying things or being snoopy is what is going to fix the problem. Obviously the answer is no. Try to learn to talk things out with each other and solve your problems in a more mature way. You can learn to control your temper and your destructive habits, but it takes work on your part.

I do hope you are asking this question because you want help. You are not dealing with your anger very well at all. you don't resolve conflict. You allow it to hang on to you. you need to learn what it means to forgive and forget.
