Have the TV's got any other inputs? if so what do they look like? You will be able to adapt if they have, e.g. 3 phono sockets.

If there are absolutely no AV connections (Any yellow and white sockets on front?) this may help you:
http://www.simplydigital.co.uk/acatalog/Leads.html?
It will convert and modulate the (Probably RGB and Stereo sound) SCART signal so you can plug it into the RF socket on the back of the TV. You won't really loose too much quality in the process, or anything noticeable and the channels it outputs on are the full range that any TV can 'tune' into.
It's very unusual to have a TV though with only RF in (Aerial socket). (I take it they are fairly old TV's) I know it is expensive, but in the long run it may be cheaper to buy new TV's, you can pick 14" ones up in supermarkets now for about £60. Unfortunately there is no quick one lead fix in this situation!

you can but scart adaptors. Go to your local Curry's, Comet or any electrical retailers & they will be able to advise you as to what you need, but remember to take all details of the tv's & dvd players with you.

There's avc-dc-100 (red, white and yellow plugs) to regular cable plug in converters available in any decent electronics store. They're pretty cheap and you just plug the avc's to it then the converter to your tv, and you're on, dvd's won't have the same picture quality but it works ok.
