y ou can fill fine cracks with EXTERNAL fillers obtainable from any builders merchants ..it comes as a powder or ready mixed..for sealing gaps down the sides of windows ..you will need a mastic gun and a tube of silicone mastic ..probably clear is best ..it will not show so much if applied by amateur .. both obtainable from builders merchant

Get some window putty and fill them in or I found a can of spray silcone filler that is for filling in cracks and holes.. It works great!

You could go to a small DIY shop, and tell them your problem. They can advise you what to use. There are different ways of doing it, some may be unnecessarily expensive.

hey, why not get a pen filler and fill in the cracks!!
They are quite cheap and they work very well, believe me, I know from experience!!
Or if you haven't got enough money or time then why not just fill it in with newspaper and paint it, but then you might jyst have to cross your fingers and hope that nobody notices it!!!!

there is a canned foam product for large gaps. you spray it in and it expands and hardens. it works fantastic. I cant remember the name but it is available at any home store.
