Phone the shop you got them from for advice, before they die as well, something is seriously wrong with the water condition. Also as above, get them out of the water they are in, fast! and into something untreated.

Those fish need 20 gallons each when babies so unless your tank is 60+ gallons they are probably being poisoned to death from their own waste. When they are adults they need 50+ gallons but should really be in a pond, if you can't provide that then I suggest you return them to the store (if they are still alive) and get a new smaller and easier to care for fish. Please research what the fish needs like how big they get, what size tank they need, what temp they need and things like that before you buy the new fish though. Read up on cycling a tank too, all tanks should be cycled before the fish are introduced because many fish can die during the cycling process.

did you use any kind of soap or cleanser when you washed the tank and equipment? if so, you have poisoned the fish
you cannot wash out the soap enough to not be dangerous to fish
take the whole thing apart and start rinsing the tank out (i'd do it outside) spray it over and over, maybe then it will be safe to use
when you set it up again, purchase a"test" fish to see if tank is safe

when you washed everything,, you did just wash things in plain tap water and no detergents at all.
you could do a partial water change in the tank to see if it helps.

Maybe something is in the water...... get them out fast, and put them in someone's pond or failing that rainwater from someone's barrel.... or if poss take back to where you got them from. They might be really suffering so please do remove them from this water. I hope they will be ok.
