I want to buy the premium xbox 360 but I am a little scared because I have always been a playstation guy! Why is it good and what games rock!

i also used to be a playstationer but went over to the dark side about a year and a half ago... wush i had sooner the xbox 360 rocks mate!! just about all the games look amazing even the crap titles, but the good ones are out of this world three titles is all you need to be hooked for life... fight night round 3, gears of war, and morrowind oblivion trust me these will blow you away also the ps 3 may be coming out later this year but it has loads of problems with it the reason they have been putting its release date off and off is because although the games are great the blu-ray disc technology that the games are written on in **** at best! sony hate it already but are stuck with it so trust me mate get a 360 then pat yourself on the back for a job well done. lee

The Xbox 360 has better hardware than the PS3. Better graphics, CPU, etc. The games currently on the PS3 aren't as good as the Xbox 360 versions because it's hard for game developers to spread their game code over the PS3 Cell's processors. The Xbox 360 can stream videos, pictures, and music from a nearby computer and is backwards compatible with most Xbox games. Besides, the Xbox 360 has the coolest shooters (Rainbow Six Vegas, Advanced Warfighter, Gears of War, and the upcoming Halo 3). Being backwards compatible, you can also get Halo 2, Ghost Recon 2 (the PS2 version sucks), and etc. Maybe eventually PS3 will be better.

You shouldn't worry at all about playing the Xbox 360 after owning the PS2. I myself own the Gamecube, PS2, and the Xbox. I might get the 360 next week but I know heaps of info and information about it.
The graphics of course are better than any other console (yes even PS3, I compared) and have games that blew me away.
The games I would highly recommend are:
- Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (This one especially if you like RPG)
- Gears of War
- Dead Rising ( This one rocks but you need HDTV)
- Condemned Criminal origins
- Rainbow Six Vegas
- Kameo Elements of power
- F.E.A.R
- Halo 3 (soon)
- Perfect Dark Zero
The great thing about the xbox 360 is of course Xbox live which comes a month free trial with the premium. You can have tons of fun playing online with people around the world. also you can add them and chat with them and see what games they are playing. If they have for example the same game you are playing and you are playing it while signed in on Xbox 360 live, if you are stuck in the game, you can chat with your friend to help you with that part.
Also while playing games that allow you to use custom soundtracks. Which means you can put your own music on the xbox 360 and use them in the game with games like Project Gotham Racing, dead rising and many more.

xbox 360 is better when compared to ps3. the best games of xbox 360 are call of duty series, halo etc also the rockstar games said that the upcoming gta4's epsodic content is available for download specially for xbox 360 only. Microsoft provides a great online sevices and support where ps3 does not gives to the users. And So it is betterto buy xbox 360

I was in that same situation pretty much. I owned a PS2 but then I got a 360 on launch day. It is a beast and has better exclusives than sony or nintendo in my opinion. Lost Planet, Mass Effect, Halo 3, GOW, GTA exclsuive content only for 360, Halo Wars, PGR, Forza, splinter cell 5. All those games, plus a now proven better than Sony online experiece...theres nothing better out there than a 360.

The 360 rocks!!!! You get rumble on the controller, great storage for tunes and downloads, can transfer movies to the hard-drive of the 360 from your PC, plug your MP3 player in and play tunes from that, the possibilities are huge.
Oblivion is a great game to lose yourself in. I've been playing it for 130hrs and am still not finished. Gears of War is gory and hardcore and just balls to the wall excitement. Test Drive Unlimited is beautiful to look at, and you can just coast around checking out the view. But the big ones will be Assassins Creed and Fable 2 being released next year. Go to youtube.com and search under Assassins Creed and check out the preview plus in game footage video by one of the creators. It will floor you.

I bought the 360 for Halo 3. If you dont like xbox you might not like 360. I kinda dont like ps2 or ps and love xbox. Halo 1&2 are the best games Ive ever played. Gears of war is ok, dead rising sucks bad, saints row is ok, but no helicopters like gta.

in general the 360 is just all around better than the ps3 esp with the current games out.
good games out Dead Rising, Oblivion, Call of Duty 3, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Gears of War ect ect
