right off the top of my head I'd say the sea horse. the other one that comes to mind is the emperor penguin.
some fish besides the sea horse do all the egg guarding and take care of the embryonic babies, and plenty of birds take turns on the nest.
other than the sea horse though, I don't know of any that go through an actual pregnancy.

I know there are many bird species in which the male takes care of the eggs, either solely or taking turns with the female. I can't think of of exactly which ones though, well besides the penguin.
