3 dementia = craziness, losing of mental abilities due to fear of ghosts
4 virulence = violence, intensity, ruminating = quietly active

#2-impending embolism = forthcoming blockage of a blood vessel by a blood clot, a piece of tissue, an air bubble, or a foreign object
#3-spectrophobic dementia = well spectrophobia is a fear of ghosts and specters and dementia is mental deterioration due to physical changes in the brain
#4-ruminating virulence = to go over in the mind repeatedly and often casually or slowly about the ability of an organism to cause disease

1 = not proportionate 2 = a blood vessel is surely going to be blocked 3 = not sure...spectophobia means fear of ghosts and dementia is to go insane and 4= also not sure...ruminating means pondering, and virulence is hostility, etc. and it looks like
