Unfortunately, my English is very poor. Usually, my sister sends all congratulations to our English language friends and colleagues, but now she is far away. Can you help me with congratulations?
Please also tell me is congratulation you suggest official (for colleagues) or unofficial (for friends) one

Why do you want to congratulate someone for the New year? I think it is more appropriate to just wish them a Happy New Year and a successful year ahead..

Just say the following to your friends--keep in mind you are wishing them the best of luck and good fortune in the year to come---BEST OF LUCK AND CONTINUED SUCCESS IN THIS NEW YEAR. This is nice for anyone. Happy New Year to you also

We just say 'Happy New Year!' to friends and colleagues.
