If it's always been like that don't worry.
If it's got bigger recently see your doctor right away.
Always see your doctor if you notice any changes in your testicles.

Does it appear to be or can you feel the difference?
Check in a hot shower or bath, the heat will relax your scrotum and you'll be able to tell. If this is the first time that you have noticed you should probably see the Dr. If you feel a "heaviness" or pulling on that testicle definitely go to the Dr.

as you have discovered, one testicle is larger than the other. Now explore yourself further and you will find one hand and foot is larger and one arm and leg is longer. All mother nature's plan to keep us a little off balance by not making us symmetrical.

If it looks just a little bigger, no bid deal. But if it looks swollen you should get it checked out.
