I am an NRI from Muslim Community. I Bought a land and built a home there in my Wife's name.Recently She expired and I have three Children and particularly mentioned in this document she bought this land from my own money.After her death Whoever has rights in this property.Is there any possible chance to have any rights to her parents or her relatives.

You need to consult a legal/real estate expert where you live. It needs to be someone familiar with your local laws who is able to interpret your legal contract.

Regarding this you must consult a lawyer who knows the MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW the best way.
Because here there is difference in the Muslim personal law and other general Law.
Normally, the Right of the property goes to u and your children with this wife as this property is her self purchased so no other person other than husband and child could claim from the property.
What the Law says, Consult Lawyer personally.
