it will sound very convincing they want your money,I was asking this same question not long ago.Look at it this way, what have you done to win this money, did you buy a ticket did you enter any thing for it,do you really believe you will get money for doing absolutely nothing NO!! If ever people ask for money for your winning something you did not enter, even when they say your e mail has won, it is a SCAM, never ever send money or give your bank details.Or there will be a winner and it wont be you.

The answer is simply YES, don't respond to it, this is fraud, because for you to win anything like this you first have to enter a competition in order to be a winner,
and since you have not entered any competition then how could you possibly have won something, follow the rule of common sense and don't be fooled, be on your guard against this type of scam. good luck and happy safe computing.

It's like getting a job in which you have to pay to get the application;figure this: If your looking for work it's because you need the money! So if you won some money...why on earth would you have to pay to claim it? Scam if you ask me.

this could be a rip-off, in case you persist with it you are able to finally end up in warm water, they could ask you for some very own data that could get you unsolicited mail or maybe destroy your credit or get yor identity stolen, consistently delete those mails, lots of the time do no longer even open them, conceivable virus attachments. anyplace you win funds from will ordinarily touch you quickly. in case you gained some funds, you greater effective than possibly entered to win it. you infrequently ever in simple terms "randomly win" something.

Yes, sweet-heart, they will tell you everything that you want to hear, and plenty of mature, professional people have been taken in by their scam - please don't even respond to the e-mail, and they will assume your e-mail address is no longer used, and go elsewhere - if you DO reply to them, they will keep pestering you with all manner of scams.

I have received many such letters and everyone else who has been using internet for a while, and what have I done. I have simply added the mail addresses to blocked list.

Do you understand, the money that they ask you to send is their only renumeration.

It is surely a scam. Copy part of the text and paste it into google, you will probably see it listed in a website that tracks phishing scams or something.
