It concentrate especially in controlling personnel , categorizing their education or training and dealing with them as an asset to the company in order to arrive at goal in production or work. Management also is aware of the methods of businesses from onset to the finishing job.

Rather than making business decisions based solely on qualitative analysis, business owners or managers can use management accounting information as a decision making tool. Management accounting usually provides a quantitative analysis for various decision opportunities.
