Well first of all. If a person is considering suicide, I would advise him/her not to do it. Tell him that suicide a permanent solution for a temporary problem. If he has problems in work/studies tell him to change them. For example, find a new job or subject to study. For health, seek professional medical help. For physical appearance, his/her true problem is probably a lack of self confidence. Believe it or not there are a lot of people who are accepting of others not based on looks. You just gotta find them. For example, joining a club or volunteering at a center. Then I would tell that person to seek counseling. And believe it or not studies have proven that exercise is the #1 natural method of reducing depression. So tell that person to get off the couch and go for a jog. Take in some fresh air. Unless you live in Los Angeles where smog is everywhere. Then you should go find a tread mill. LA has really bad air pollution.

You have to get help when you are feeling that way because later you are sure to discount and minimize the seriousness.
Call the operator and ask for a suicide hotline.
Yes, you might seek death. It might only be a rehearsal at first to work up the courage to really do it. Many succeed the first time.
Your experience right now should be a learning experience.
Get help like long term help. Like a 12 step program. The help you get on the hotline is only a start.

Will I seek death? No!

We all have problems.. unemployment, drug abuse, family problems, weight issues, lonely, poor health.. and on and on.. I would go to nature... take a long walk, look at the plants, flowers little woodland animals... for me they all show me that God is here with me.

Pray ask God for help ,tell him how you feel.. he is still answering prayers.. I know this to be true as he has answered mine over and over again...

Call out to your higher power, God, Jesus, Buddah, Jehovah and dont sweat the small stuff

Work? there are more than one job for you

Studies? just keep at it ..you will get thru it .. if you can try to lighten your load \studies next quarter.

Health and physical appearance?
I am not sure what the problem is but how about trying to eat more healthy, breath deeply, drink more water. and walk if you can.. you will beging to feel better about your self inside and out.. try it...

But if you dont believe in God or a higher power.. seek counseling or call the hotline

I would realize i was being too manipulative and selfish so as to think I am the only person to have these problems, and my being here only affects me. There is an overwhelming number of people i haven't even met yet, family, and friends that would be affected by myselfish decision. I would slap myself around a little bit and move on to bigger and better things, personally i would immerse my self in something that forces me to do so, for me it is the gym, for some it might be stamp collecting, find yours.

No I would never commit suicide. Things always get better. I know deep down your strong and can handle anything that comes your way. Find someone you can talk to. Share your feelings. Take care of one problem at a time don't let yourself feel overwhelmed. You need to take care of yourself first. See a doctor and explain your symptoms. He will help you alot. Don't blame yourself for things you cant control. Maybe you have set your goals to high. Except yourself for the good person you are.

When I was told that I had a terminal illness and that it was complicated by rheumatoid arthritis and I'd end up with kidney failure and in a wheelchair I stopped caring about myself and seriously considered suicide but it was the people who mattered to me that put such thoughts out of my head. Suicide is a very VERY selfish act and it would hurt the people who care about you more than if you were to die a natural death. They would feel they'd failed you and that's a lifetime of guilt and it's not right to put that on them. I decided to live on and make the best of things no matter what and here I am a survivor.

Well look at it this way: you're going to die some day anyway. So why speed it up? Start blowing off the stuff that depresses you and have fun. and make life miserable for the people who make you miserable - now that's fun!

You only get to die once. No second chances. So let it happen when it happens - don't expedite the process.

Get immediate help! No, do not even think about it, because whatever is wrong is temporary, and probably has a solution that you just are not aware of right now.
Things could turn around very fast.
Nothing is ever that bad.

No. There's so much more to life than what you're going through RIGHT NOW - it passes. Listen to the song "Move Along"

NO! never...cause it will not solve the problems but only give your soul an "unfinished" state in which all those things that bothered you while alive...will forever bother you in your death.Instead seek guidance,counseling,help...GOD!
