Back in the "Leave it to Beaver" days...women could afford to stay home and be mothers and house wives...but today America and the rest of the world's Economy makes it hard for a family to survive on just one income. I can imagine how stressful it is for the men out there having to make the ends meet just because their wife can't or won't work.
Working is how we get things and to some ...it mean's keeping up with the "Jones's.

My family is the most important but I have to work to take care of them. So what is your point in this question. That working mother's don't love their family? This is not true and most women need to help support their families. Going on welfare is not an option for me and that is what would happen if I were to quit my job

Seems to me you could get some sensitivity training. First you should understand that work is vital to the human existence. Work provides meaning and purpose and defines us as individuals in our society. We all need to have a purpose in life. Life is more than earning a living.....! We all need to express ourselves weather we are male or female. Taking care of the kids and the home can be fulfilling, but in many cases a women needs more. It is this need that can straighten your relationship with your wife. Don't forget marriage is a partnership. Pitch in and help with the kids and home....encourage your wife and support her efforts to work. Its not how much money you make that defines your life.... it is what you do with your life. Enjoy life I believe you will find your relationship with your wife will improve.

I agree. But women have to work now days because their husbands expect them to. Today, a woman is expected not only to take care of a house and her family, but also to pay the bills. A stay-at-home mom (which is a full time job by itself) is often labeled as "lazy", and has to ask for every few dollars for her pocket money. She is also very uncertain of her and her children's future, because if her husband ever leaves her or dies, she will have no means to live on and no work experience to obtain a good employment.
Men prefer independent women who are able to support themselves.

First you need to learn to speak more proper English!

If a woman is in a true marriage ie: a partnership! then both she & he look after the house & kids. Kids get the bonus of knowing the love of both parents.

This allows both to choose to follow whatever work fulfills them.

The bonus is that It sure gives them a better chance to provide for their family.

Interesting you should bring this up, you see years ago when they finally decided to let women be educated a funny little thing happened, Women scored higher then men in state exams, yup we are also better at doing two things at once then men, so why should we be the ones staying at home minding the kids? we have every right to reach our full potential as men do, I guess you still get the odd fat head who can't handle the thought of women in the workplace (P.S top right corner, its called spell check I recommend using it sometime)

Actually, it's both her family AND her home. Today's ever climbing economic inflation (costs of living) now calls for BOTH husband AND wife to go out and find work to make the ends meet, bills paid--and the children's needs met.

And if you find a problem with working housemoms, wait till you one day (very very soon) see those same climbing costs of living cause teen / grown kids in the home w/ their parents--also working to help maintain home living obligations.

One should be self sufficient. It is safer and secure that way. I agree that it is not easy to manage work kids and home. Sharing work is the only way out. If you prefer to be stay at home mom it is fine as long as your marriage works fine.
