Yes because they didn't say anything about the pizza being free if there a half hour late. So it will be in your best interest of paying if you want the pizza. I wouldn't want you getting into lawsuits and screwed around. That's why chains like Domioes are so screwed now.

The Answer is :NO if they deivered yr pizzas late.They hv a lead time and if they surpassed the leadtime :YOU DONT PAY A SINGLE CENT However,they(Pizza Hut) will always comes to u with all kinds of excuses like the weather, peak period, c.n find parking spaces etc etc.So be smart time them once u placed an order with them

Definately don't tip the driver. I did not see a policy on line about late delivery but I would definately complain.

They will send the most sad looking guy to deliver it and you will take one look and forget about not paying him.
Works every time. lol.
Phone again and sound angry. Say its been an hour, whats the matter with the 1/2 hr promise (did they really promise?)

no, but u can complain if ur pizza reached to your hse is cold..
i did tat once.. and call 62353535 to complain..end up they give me a replacement pizza and collect the one (eaten few pcs) which was sent earlier

depends on how far away they place is from you. though i live in the us so i have no clue there but i would think it depended on if they had that policy and if they do how far they are from you it take awhile to get to place sometimes if they are far away.

Nope, your pizza SHOULD be free. That's suppose to be the deal, but who knows if they actually stick to it.
