Most definitely! How is George W Bush any different from Saddam Hussein, Slobodan Milosevic, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler or any other so-called dictator? Bush should be tried in The Hague for crimes against humanity, as should other leaders in the stupidly named "Coalition of the Willing".
I recently heard and I am not sure if this is true or right (I am very proudly not American) that the spikes on the Statue of Liberty represent the 7 continents. If this is correct, it does not mean that the USA has the right to mess other countries around. I'm getting off topic here, but read anything by Noam Chomsky - is there a country out there that the USA has not stuffed with? On the day that Saddam Hussein has reportedly been executed, maybe it is time the US government acknowledged their role in his coming to power. Does providing him with arms to attack Iran in the 1980s mean anything to anybody?

they shouldn't have hanged Saddam Hussein. That's on a point of principle; the guy had no redeeming features, but capital punishment is a mistake.
As for dubya, I think someone said he killed the same number of people. Actually many more Iraqis have died since Saddam Hussein's overthrow than during the whole of his reign. Dubya didn't intend that, but good intentions butter no parsnips. If he (with colleagues, including some in the UK) were tried for criminal negligence, he'd be convicted.
Stupidity is no excuse. There was plenty of good advice out there. As it stands, we're all going to be paying for these mistakes for two generations.

"Visious dictator?" It seems that our president was duly elected by the people of this country. A dictator takes power outside the rule of law. Perhaps you should become more familiar with our Constitutiom. I know the UK has a different form of government. Calling our President a dictator is wrong. Perhaps you shoud read a little of your own history and see how Winston Churchill dealt with Adolph Hitler.

Blair is worse than Bush, the president at least had a motive to protect the interests of the USA - Blair just lied to the UK and did as he was told by Bush

Too true, and take his British puppet with him, Bush started the killing of Iraqis for one reason only OIL, what did he think gave him the right to invade a country that has nothing to do with him apart from sell him oil, does he think he is God, no he is just a power crazed dimwit.

That's exactly what Bush is, a dictator. He's turned most of the world against us, thinks he's King of America. It's sickening. Blapath, you have got to be kidding when you say, "He did nothing illegal and he didn't exterminated people". I'd call having over 3,000 troops killed for a personal vendetta against Saddam and ignoring the guidelines and limitations of Presidential power is illegal and should be impeachable.
