Woah calm down person. Robots aren't nearly as widespread as you think. The most common household robot is Roomba, a vaccuum cleaner! The army doesn't use robot soldiers yet, they only have laptop-controlled spyplanes that are like gigantic toy airplanes with a machine gun and cameras. And even if robots did get really advanced, they wouldn't be able to shock you if they were 'offended' and would certainly be built with some kind of "3 Laws of Robotics" like Isaac Asimov thought of. Here:

1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Reading your question I forgot to breathe!
Your lack of punctuation and numerous abreviations made your text unreadable to me.
Would you re-phrase that?
