I suppose you're asking about the US, not worldwide? At home, probably Asian women, for in Japan it's custom to remove your shoes indoors, which is less common among other races in the US. In public/outdoors, white women (& white guys, too). For there's still a lot of bias against people from other races, and there's a lot of bias against public barefooting in the US too... a lot of people who already have to deal with one form of bias don't care to deal with another one.

I guess you may have to say asian 1st, just because of the culture but I know a lot of hillbillys that wear shoes as often as they floss
work
i might say its a three way tie cuz I'd say regardless of race a huge majority of women I have worked with take their shoes off all the time
