To start with, u need to know WHY is it that u feel he's ur enemy when u don't know enough about him - not even his surname! Is it some misunderstanding? Can it be resolved?
U will do urself a lot of good if u view him not as ur enemy or opponent, but a person with a different view-point than yours. Won't u want to understand him better? Won't u want to convert ur biggest of enemies in ur closest of friends someday?
Try to understand URSELF first. What is it in u that annoys him? How can u mend ur own ways? Obviously, u don't have any control over actions of others, but u do have control over ur own actions and reactions. So look into urself.
Once that is done and u r still convinced that he's ur enemy, try conquering him not by political moves and force, but by love, understanding and compassion. Invite him for an open, heart-to-heart communication. Try convicing him to change his ways. Try to convince him why ur view-point is better.

Jeez! Are you getting hooked into playing a pride game with your enemy? You don't have to play the game, ya know? You just have to be centered in yourself. So you need to know more about yourself than the enemy.
If you want to play the games then there is always going to be someone better than you unless you are one in a thousand. To be at the very top you have to be very talented and spend most of your life rehearsing. Those few moments "on stage" might be worth it.

Everything!! Anything you can find! Observe him just eating, his mannerisms. why does he use his fork with a left hand when hes signed the bill with his right. Which way his neck turns when looking to his side or back. Does he order his drink with ice, does he cross his legs when sitting? Does he walk with a slight limp?Does he look around when eating or stay focused only on his table and guests. Which ear he answers his phone with. Is he easily distracted by the opposite sex? Which shoulder his holster carries the gun, so you know where to hit first (the opposite hand) Is he street smart or book smart?
Just anything....
DON'T learn his name, it makes it easier on you.
