Yes I put my christmas tree down already. I never understood why my mom always waited until after new years to put down the tree. Christmas is over. So down the tree came.

Our tradition is that we keep it up at least until new years day!
We have a live tree so we like to enjoy ours for a little longer. We then save some of the needles for the next year, and sprinkled them over the new tree.
I also have a similar tradition of taking the petals from the last rose that blooms in my garden at the end of every summer. I scatter the petals over the garden. Its a superstition that it will make the next years roses come back. :)

Not yet, but soon. We put our tree up about a week before Christmas each year, and then take it down about a week later.

Actually taking it to a tree surgeon to have it put down today, and thus remove it from its misery.

No! Only in a little while, it's meant to be 12 days after, but we put ours up late so will probably leave it a bit longer! Got to stay with the festive spirit as much as possible! Hope this helped! xxx
