Labour varies with every mother. Your waters have broken and now you need to call your midwife or get to hospital. Good luck and don't worry, it will be ok. Go with it, and don't fight it. Your body is made to do this. Every best wish to you and baby, and a little prayer.

It sounds like the little one wants out now... you are forty weeks + and your waters have broke, one you should phone the hospital tell them whats going on and they will probably take you in and start you off... it wont be long now. I had very bad back labour but every pregnancy is different..... good luck from a mother of two

If your waters have broke, this is labour! Labour is different for every woman, they might start off at the bottom of your tummy, then they might gradually go right to the top. Go to the hosp though and they'll give you a vaginal examination to see how many cms dilated you are, they'll keep you in, if you are 3cm or more. Good luck!

Yes, you can have them just at the bottom. If they are only 4 mins apart, you probably should either call or go to your hospital. Good luck

You certainly sound as if you're ready, as your waters have broken, call the hospital or midwife and tell them you're coming in. I had pains only at the bottom at first with my first baby they moved up as time went on.

if your waters have broken you should go to hospital as to avoid any water infection you should deliver within 48 hours, at hospital if they need to help you along they can use some drugs to do this but i would say from the details you have posted you are definately in early labour! good luck and congratulations

If waters have broke get to hospital cervix has started dilating and may risk infection so good luck and remember to push.
