he talks a lot.....gets people on his side by making faces and acting innocent.......he does not care abt others' loss ......he cares when he is questioned......he feels bad when ignored......he wants me to suffer ........he is 7 yrs older than me......he has little work to do......he stands in front of my shop/office every moment he gets free.......he has a wife and a small daughter......he is sad that my silence treatment made him look bad in his in -laws eyes.......he is all prepared to fight .......he is scared/angry when he is linked with dirty people ......i want to smash his supporters bones first .....they did not choose to stay neutral ...... how can i take on them all.....i really want to teach them a lesson of their life again......but i also want to leave this place ....as i am tired of these people.....

what is most problematic is ...he is maligning me over gossip started by another enemy.....and others are encouraging him coz i taught them all a lesson of their life....
.(there is a call girl problem ....who is one among neighbours and though they all know what she is...and agrees in private....when shown details....but they were supporting her when she was bent on disturbing me....) many dont the details as she did it in hidden ways ..i speak little and now i am not in a position to tell them the dirty secrets of the cgirls or what she did to me....though they have idea......)

Don't get provoked.
Tell him u understand his point of view, but u choose to stand by ur own views.
Invite him and his supporters over a cup of coffee. And then listen them out without getting defensive. Let them exhaust their ill-feelings in talk.
Offer them all possible help to make him looks Good in his in-laws' eye, without compromising on ur principles.
If they abuse u, don't get hurt. don't take it personally. Just realize that most people will do the same once in his shoes.
Win him over with Love.
Love is the weakness of all your enemies. They can stand hatred, they can stand violence. But they can't stand Love. They can't stand understanding and compassion.

You have to get the better of your sensitivity over what he does. Ignore him.His friends must be knowing his frivolity. You may even leave that place if it is not too difficult.If you keep yourself busy over something that improves your knowledge, skill, or economy, apply your mind and spend time doing right thing.
You must have heard that a man is known by the company he keeps and a man is also known by the company he keeps away from.
You know his weakness and it is the time to take advantage of that and turn this for your advantage and personal improvement.

You can't change people which sometimes you have to accep them the way they are..
Just give your friend a nick name or something . I usaully say, "it's the baby he wants attention again..!"
Well, you have to realize that people have control over you only when you give them that control. If, you can step back and say, "Oh, it's you.." then, you are pretty much free...
Remember everyone is an island whcih this is how he see's things.. Just don't live there..
Remember you have to work to pay for the bills and that is it...

You are expending far too much time and energy over this chump. In the end, it's never enough. He, his opinions, his actions no longer concern you. You will spend the vast majority of your life without the care of what he does, where he goes or what he thinks. Chuck this loser and give up the crusade so you don't end up a loser too.

1st have paitence, your best answer will come to you, a quick revenge is not always the best. You have to have your bases covered so it doesn't fall back on you. You are doing the right thing by gathering info and coming up with a good plan.

If he stands n front of your office and starts to talk, say "im busy...." In a snappy voice.
If he doesnt leave then than say "LEAVE!"
