Something doesn't quite feel right about it,... I can't explain it,. it has nothing to do with being against the death penalty or the things he did though...

I agree that man was a villain, a monster, a cold-blooded murderer and what-have-you else. I'm not sad. I'm worried.
The thing is he's been made a martyr to the eyes of the Sunni community. The risk was to be taken, but I'd be willing to wager the price tag to pay for that will be out-of-proportion with the immediate satisfaction some people draw out of it. Apparently, the man met his death with some gallantry, and he set as of today an example that you can be a vile assassin, yet be consequent with yourself. He just made the death penalty system fail. Murderers get to learn things these days, and they can outfox any penalty system, except for life imprisonment.
Now, I ask, what will occur next, you think?

Unbelievable question. but well worth answering. How could anyone be so sad that he is dead and yes he's dead he left the building a few hours ago. This man killed his own people and helped others to kill people here in the USA and no remorse for what he has done. To me they should have hung him where everyone to see and let the world know we as a country want put up with this **** any longer

Am sad that he is dead, no. I am sad that he never chose the Right path. He needed to be executed. His heart was hardened. I am more sad at hearing that by one man so many were unreasonably tortured and killed, this includes children. You are right it is real life and let him be an example of poor leadership to a country, you cant be a tyrant and a bully and expect to be loved or cared for by your people.

I'm not - he deserved it. Although, I assumed it would be by lethal injection and I was therefore shocked to find that they were actually going to hang him. The video which is available on Arabic TV is not of his actual hanging - apparently, you see him being led towards the gallows and having the noose put around his neck and that's the end of it. It's not a particularly dignified death, but he doesn't deserve one.

Do you know something the rest of us don't know? How do you know he's going to hell. If you're really deeply disturbed by his death and the video that hasn't even been viewed yet, don't Google it. It's not brain surgery!

Vics,id have to say that the saddest thing about his execution is that it has made as all just allitle like him-think about it-he had an excuce for every murder he commited,he justified it so to him,it was not wrong doing right?now look at our scenario-we are justifying killing another human(regardless of his mistake)and justifying it by calling it justice and the law. There can never reach an agreement on this, all we can do is pray that God spares as all for debating whether murder is right or wrong.By the way i saw one answer that suggested he was behind 9/11 that was osama not sadam-in fact sadam and osama didnt like each other at all
(remember osama was thrown out of iraq)
hope my answer helps

U show a great deal of compassion for a monster who show not even his own family a bit of it. May god forgive him and may he rot in his own private hell for the countless of lives he took or ordered killed. I'll pray for u too.
