Well, I think it's common for us having a bad experience if we choose an apartment rather than the hotel's room do we? I've been facing the same situation if I choose an apartment hotels (Vistana Hotel Apartment Penang have an exception here)

To answer your question, Log ur report to the MOD (asked it on the reception counter) and it's better for you to ask for a new one coz from ur statement, I'm sure that the apartment is not maintained fr quiet sometime.

Good luck to you if they will respond to your complaints.

A couple of young Malaysians in Kuala Lumpur robbed me in one of my visits to Malaysia. I logged the complaint to the local police and they did nothing. If these guys can't do something, do you expect those guys to do something? I don't think so....

Good luck!
