I'm just guessing here, but have you tried gas drops? She may have a tummy ache.
Everyone who's ever had a baby feels for you. I hope she gets to sleep soon.

Check out those gas drops. Try giving her a nice warm back and massage before putting her to bed.
She might be going through a phase, and to be sure once you think you have a schedual for her, she will change.
She might not be getting enough to eat or maybe too much. It is hard to tell. Make sure she is well burped.
She might have her days and nights mixed up. Make sure when she wakes at night that you don't turn on the lights. Don't talk, don't put on the TV or music. She needs to know that when it is dark she needs to be sleeping. Make sure you don't offer to nurse her as often as she is demanding. Sometimes try putting in her pacificer and patting her back and saying SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH real loud (it will sound like your heart to her) You can still do a loud shhhhhh in a gentle manner.
Make sure she is warm and cozy. Maybe she needs to be swaddled or have a rolled up recieving blanket rolled up behind her.
She is only 7 weeks old, and she still might need to feel close to you. If you have a small craddle for her at your bedside you can just reach over and rub her back a bit and hope to get her back to sleep before she wakes up too quickly
Also if you are breatfeeding you might be haveing coffee . tea . chocolate or something gassy that is keeping her awake.
Or maybe your milk supply is less at the end of the day. And you need to drink more, take your vitimimes and get plenty of sleep.

She is just adjusting to being in the world.Just be glad she is not a twin.I have three yr old twins. They went through that fase it did not last long.Hopefully she will figure it out soon.I always swaddled my girls, you know like they did in the hospital. It makes them feel secure and warm.make sure there is no light at all in her room. That will just keep her up.I always have played very soft baby music for my girls when they sleep still to this day. Also it would be good to start now putting her on a schedule.I did not realize until the girls were two months old that was a good idea. When they were two months they started going to bed at 8pm.And to this day they go to bed at 8pm with out a fuss and if we are not at home they fall asleep on there own at 8pm.GOOD LUCK.These are the easy times believe me I was told this by may people and I started believing it when they turned about 1 1/2 yrs old.

Here's an old remedy I've heard from many people who say it really works. Put her in her baby seat and set her on top of the clothes dryer and turn it on. The rhythm of the drum turning and the continuous noise is supposed to lull them to sleep. Good luck mommy.

I'm going to suggest swaddling her. Just wrap her up and rock her a little. Always worked for me. Warm bath, a little milk, a burp and a wrap and my boy was knocked out until the next feeding.

try bathing her with warm water before bed time and make her a tea of chamomile but not to warm and add just a bit more water to the tea not to be to strong just ligh enough to taste the tea. and give her right after you finish bathing her and she will go to sleep. i used to do that to my son when he was a baby and my mother gave us that as well when we where babies too . :) that usualy helps alot. xj

Baby's sleeping pattern changes alot, especially newborns. I know my sons did, stick with it. After while he/she will settle into her own pattern and if you want it to change to accomadate you, I learn't to wake him up during the day at certain times, which made it so he needs more sleep at night
