someones pissing me off and i know how to get their IP address but once i have it what do i do with it?

Depends what you mean by pissing you off. If he is doing something illegal then you can use his IP to find his ISP or the proxy server to report the abuse to. If its something stupid, just let it go

You can do a lot of things like countering his back.But he might use a proxy and the IP that you get is not hsi original IP.So there's no use.
The point here is to learn how to protect yourself.

Don't do anything. You'll just be escalating whatever the problem is and ultimately, you will be no better than the person who is pissing you off in the first place. Be better.
