Barry Sanders for sure. Look at how much he did and he played for a crappy team.

u can't compare the two of them really. two different styles of running one finesse the other down hill.
except they were both running backs. Barry was famous for just when u thought u had him down he would break free. plus unlike Lt Barry did this all on his own his line sucked Lt has a line in front of him. Lt is more like an Emmit smith a great running back but a power runner. the next Barry will be bush watch the way the kid runs and u see allot of Barry in his style
and a note to c3o6i9r9 Lt has been doing this since he came to the chargers the man is a great Rb give him credit where it's due he has earned it

Barry Sanders defiantly is a few distance extra exciting because like all different guy suggested he might want to end on a dime and destroy a gamers ankle. He litterally juked rod woodson so troublesome he tore his ACL and fairly a lot ended his strong years contained in the NFL. Barry also made all of those spectacular runs without an offensive line he had the worst O-line after Mike Utley were given paralized. How ever Ladainian Tomlison Has all of those great runs because of his great O-Line . same with Emmit Smith, or L.J. Or any strong operating lower back today contained in the NFL. There Offensive line is powerful. inspite of the indisputable fact that Barry managed to lose yards because of this undesirable line. yet when he had Emmit or L.Ts O-line he might want to have two times the quantity of yards. Nuff suggested. Case CLosed

Tomlinson has only been around 4 or 5 years. He's definitely the best right now. He might end up better than Sanders but he'll need at least 6 or 7 more seasons like he's been having. Right now I'd pick Sanders.

Sanders, for now. Let's see how much more LT can do. Plus, the Lions stunk it up every year that Sanders played. LT has good players with him.

LT. yes Barry was the most elusive back ever, but tomlinson can truck over people, juke, stiff arm, catch, block, and he can throw and he has great field vision. he is probably the most versatile back to ever play the game so i think ladaianian tomlinson is better

Barry because he is the most elusive running back in NFL history. He played on bad teams his entire career, and if he hadn't retired early, he would have set the rushing record.
