You should try to make sure that the processor is the problem in your computer, but if you're sure it is, you have to open your computer's case and locate the processor (it is under a fan which must be removed). After that just pull up the lever which is next to the processor socket and carefully remove the old CPU, insert the new one (making sure to align the triangle in the corner with the triangle on the socket) and push down the lever, making sure to attach the fan on top of the CPU afterwards.
However judging from your lack of knowledge about how to replace the processor (no offense) I would HIGHLY recommend getting someone who knows what they are doing to make sure that the problem is your processor and not some other part of your computer, and if necessary carefully replace the CPU.

First, you need to find the socket and speed of your processor. For example, I have an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ processor, socket 939. I can go to a store and buy a new processor. Open my case up, pop out the old processor and put the new one in.
Now, what is the purpose of you needing to replace the processor? Are you upgrading or did you somehow fry your processor?

Get a new PC. That's one logical solution. Get a dual core with around 2GB of RAM so it runs as smooth as possible. You can replace it with a new one bought from an electronics store, but I recommend as strong as Brock Lesnar (LOL) to get the processor profesionally installed, because we ordinary (no offense to you, as you may be a better person than me) people may make a fatal mistake, causing our PC to go bye- bye. So, in conclusion, get a new PC or get a new processor professionaly installed.
