You are on your own. There is no free divorce here. The both of you will end up having to pay for attorneys. No attorney is going to take a divorce case without a retainer. You should expect to start out with paying about $1500-2000 to start unless you have a attorney friend, or friend of a friend. You can do your own paperwork, and have an attorney file it and save $ that way, but you will have to get educated. The attorney is the only one that can help you if it is contested. You should ask to have your legal fees reimbursed as a part of the settlement.
