Yes. Sometimes there just is no "fault" and blame does not need to be cast. I apologize if I have unknowingly been insensitive and hurt someone... So many times an apology can help, because so many times we are not aware that we are stepping on toes, or being insensitive.

yeah many a time one has to under certain circumstances but i always try not to n i did not apologise when its my mistake by being adamant many times too so its a balance this is life things happen n one has to act as per situations to handle them whether its apology r anything

I'm pretty sure I have. But I don't like apologizing to just anyone anymore. I make it a point not to. I don't know why, its like a crusade.

Absolutely. Being sorry doesn't mean you admit any fault. It can just mean you're empathetic towards another persons troubles and point of view.

Yes, but only for things I deem as 'minor.' lol, I certainly wouldn't apologize for hitting someone when I know I didn't! (that would be 'major.')
