Iam of 21 year old. My life cycle is office to home & home to office so i dont have many friends,iam very bored in colour less life, what is the solution

Get up, get out, and enjoy life. It's all around us, but many people think that life comes knocking at the door.... Go to a museum, a mall, wherever they may be people that might be interested in the same things as you. The bottom line is, if you see a girl you like, go up and talk with her. If she's interested she will respect your advance and continue the conversation. If not, you gotta move on....

Try to set goals by first using small challenges that make you feel comfortable away from home. Join a gym and make yourself the project to work on. This is a good starter. Just having somewhere else to go helps a lot. You don't have to talk to anyone or answer any questions, just go. Give yourself permission to pursue things of interest. Good Luck!

change your pattern, focus on what you want and work that way, do something you always wanted to do and do it... get on a plan and fly somewhere and take the weekend off and play...
the world is your oyster right now if your single and no tie downs... you never know who you may bump into so go play..
