The easiest way to get latex paint out of any cloth material is to soak the item in warm to hot water with soap. This will dissolve the paints base products. If it's been dry for a while, try spraying hairspray on it. then wash it like normal. I did that and it got it out really well.-

As an employee for Lowe's who works in the Paint Department, the best product to remove latex paint from clothes is a product called Krud Kutter. I found this out when I kept getting paint on my clothes when working. Hairspray, Goo Gone, etc didn't work so good. Krud Kutter is a great product thats biodegradable that contains no bleach and can be used on clothes to cleaning cars and your bathroom and kitchen. No wonder it was voted as America's #1 Cleaning Product.

So far I have never been able to. No matter how I wash the clothing. The paint is water soluble but not off clothes.

If it is dried you are likely hooped...any product you try now will likely remove the color of the fabric or stain its own color into the material. Sorry, no solutions for this one.
