How do you change the topic in the intro of irc room ?

If im an op how do i change the heading of the room ?

ahh do you have the access to change it though?
the heading could be set at a particular access
but if you do have or can change

i think its something like /msg chanop #channel ...
cant recall all of a sudden (damn IRCop days wont come to me)

depending on your IRC software, you can right-click in the main area, which should pop-up a channel modes window...Change the subject from there...At least that's the way it works in mIRC...
