Turn the CD player on, low.
Turn out the light.
Cuddle up under my polar fleece blanket.
Sweep my hair away from my face so it dosn't irritate me.
Arrange the pillow 'just so'.
Slide a hand under my cheekbone (lifelong habit...I fall asleep fast if I'm touching my face!)
Take a deep breath, smile, and drop into lala land.
(Really....it's been documented that I fall asleep in under a minute, if the conditions are right.)

I say a quick prayer. Wish I were permitted to have a small dog to cuddle, landlord says no. u r lucky.

I have this whole beauty routine:
How fast or slow I do it depends on how sleepy I am
Anyway:
First I brush my teeth, Floss, than put my face moisturizer on, then drink water, then vaseline on my lips, then my elbow and foot cream. But before all this, I kiss everyone good night and tell them "Don't let the bed bugs bite" And last, I turn off the lights and throw myself on my soft bed.

I let my dogs out, and then go pee and off to bed. Cuddle up with my man! :o) n

I turn everything off, pray, get warm, think, then I guess I fall asleep.

put on Chapstick. if i dont put on the chapstick i will sit there the whole entire night without sleeping.

after kissing my husband, i lay there thinking about the day and hoping my husbands deployment orders will be deleted, but i doubt it.
