yes, i had a 1 month old and was stuck in traffic for 22 hours during hurricane rita (we only moved 40 miles) just make sure you have plenty of formula and supplies. try bringing toys or colorful books. you will entertain each other no doubt

If you need to, I don't think there's anything to actually prevent you from doing so. When you take a bus, they usually have stops where you can get out and walk around a little bit, even get food and/or use a rest room.
Other passengers won't be excited if you have to change a poopy diaper on the bus, but you might be able to swing something in the porta-potty in the back (make sure you have your own pad and a bottle of hand sanitizer!).
If you bottle feed, make sure you bring enough bottles for the trip. If you breast feed, forget about the other passengers' opinions on that, they can blow off. And make sure you have toys for the baby to play with, maybe a couple books to read to the child.
I'm not saying that it would be the most entertaining or enjoyable trip, but it's doable.

If your baby is easily contented, it shouldn't be a problem. Just bring a comfortable carrier for him/her, get some toys that can hang off of it, and maybe some bright colored entertaining books that you can read to them, etc. Hopefully you won't have to get up too often and walk them around. Travelling usually makes babies tired, so they do tend to sleep a lot anyway. Good luck!

Yes you can. It will be a tough trip, so be sure to have everyting you need for your baby - diapers, bottles, toys, etc. Most importantly, you should bring an infant car seat for your baby to ride in, and if at all possible, secure is to the seat on the bus.

If you are breastfeeding, then yes. I would not trust formula that long without refrigeration; it might develop some really nasty germs during such a long trip. Breast milk is always clean and at the right temperature.

Of course it is possible...but I don't think that you or the baby will be very comfortable. Also, any time the baby fusses you will inevitably have to deal with those people who are going to grumble about it.

If you absoultly have to... good luck! But buses are germ incubators! I wouldnt suggest it... can you drive? Bring water (Never use the water on the bus!)

i'm sure you can...but just make sure you can walk around once in a while so the baby doesn't get all cramped up.
