Is the girl on the second to last page in the last chapter of Death-Note ,the one kneeling in the cloak, Misa?

I'm afraid not. I thought it was too, but in volume 13 "How to read Death Note", there was a interview with the writer. I think they talked about a lot of other stuff, like favourite characters ( Which was L ) then said that the girl in the last chapter wasn't Misa. It was just a random Kira worshipper.
