I start my computer up just like a normal computer. Then i wait till it loads up the logg in box, i enter the password, it looks as if its logging in, it shows the wallpaper i have on my computer, then ive noticed the mouse freezes in its spot and it just restarts. It just keeps doing this and i cant see how i can get out of this loop. HELP ME PLEASE!

Do a format and recover to factory settings. It's your only choice.

Last time i had a problem with that it was a virus.

To find out if it is something like spyware or a virus try running your computer in Safe mode you computer will prompt you to run safe mode if windows does not start up after a few tries. so when its loading windows just restart your computer manually. once you enter safe mode assuming it can be done. go to the start menu click on the run button and type in "msconfig" this will show you all the programs that are starting up when you log in. (almost all viruses and spyware will not show up in msconfig) but if you do get into safe mode then it is a software issue. load anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. have them run scans in safe mode and this should take care of you. If all else fails try to save all your important documents to a CD or usb drive and reformat your computer and reinstall windows on you computer. best of luck getting it to work again

Restart windows in safe mode. This means either holding down F8 or F9 (I dont remember which one, I think F8 though) while your computer first starts booting. Windows will load with a minimum set of drivers and hopefully not load whatever was causing your problem. Then you can use explorer or whatever and try to figure out what to uninstall or remove.

Dear Install the software spyware in your computer in the safe mode or complete format the hard disk and then again install the windows again. It will definetly short out your problem. Thanks

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
