Is Friday the 13th really assiociated with bad luck or is it just pure superstition? Will anything special/weird happen to one who is borned on that day?

I was born is Friday 13th and it didn't happened anything bad. I think it all a superstition. If you believe that something bad is going to happen to you and if you believe really hard then that it's going to happen to you. Why the people doesn't say that 11 it's a bad number? In the 11th was the attack of the Two Towers and an attack in Spain. Why they don't say anything about this?
About the 13th is just a pure coincidence. Every day there are accidents.happening.

Nothing bad will happen if someone is born on Friday the 13th. Friday the 13th was the day when the King of France had all Knights Templar that could be found rounded up & imprisoned for 3 years(I think it was 3 years) before having them burned at the stake for herassy & witchcraft. Since then people have been superstious about Friday the 13th.

My grandmother was born on friday the 13th and she lived to be 83 years old. She lived a very happy and healthy life.
And no to the first answer, she didn't die on a friday or on a 13th.

They're born on a Friday, the 13th of a certain month. Just like any other day, just like any other month. Nothing special, nothing unusual, nothing deadly.
