While playing against the West Indies, J M Davison of the Canadian team scored a lightning-quick century. On 23rd February 2003 Davison scored 111 off 67 balls. This feat included six 6s and seven 4s. The game was played at the Centurion stadium, Pretoria in South Africa. Davison has two of the fastest fifty in the top ten of the World Cup record.

He scored century in 67 balls with the help of 7 fours and 6 sixers. In that match he scored 111 runs in 98 minutes of 76 balls with the help of 8 fours and 6 sixers. Though West indies won that match by 7 wickets, Davison was the Man of the Match.
