i dont really know the significance..but its my brothers favorite number and it coincidentaly comes up alot...for example his birthday is 12-13-82....his favorite number is 13...his astrological sign is the 13th sign ophilious..i believe it is spelled....there are 13 letters all together using his first middle and last name....he has a roman numeral 13 on his wrist...there are a few other similarities but i cant recall them..
