You are a legal adult, so yes, you can.
However, you should think it over... Can you support yourself, get health insurance, pay for further education, a car, etc.?
Don't do it just because you are p.o.'d at your parents. You will be a legal adult, so act like one--sit down and talk things out.

In most states the legal age would be 18 or emancipated. A search on yahoo for "legal age to move out of parents home" or something to that effect will bring up many websites. One such site:

Sure you can move out. But your parents can also cut you off. Be sure before you move out that you think about all of the responsibilities you will be taking on. Does your job earn you enough money to pay rent and utilities and have dates with that someone special. Does it leave you enough time to go to school?

Age 18 is an adult regardless if you are still in school. If you can volunteer to join the service to serve your country (just an example) you certainly can move out.

in case you experience strongly approximately it then go. Why no longer? you have funds, if he's arranged to help you thru college and could actual stay with you, you would be positive. once you're eighteen you're an grownup, are not you? so as that they gained't have the skill to pull you lower back. in case you haven't any longer slept at the same time, i do no longer see what he's achieved it truly is unlawful (in case you have slept at the same time then it truly is as much as the guidelines of the states). in the event that they do pay the money to sign up you, you are able to desire to easily go away besides. No-one will MAKE you go. Is it even criminal to marry your 2nd cousin? yet be careful, do you truly love him, or are you in love with the assumption of freedom, away out of your sheltered existence?

Yes. I moved out at 17. Problem is you will find shite for a job and probably live with people you will regret for ever knowing. If your family is causing you that much grief than go. But otherwise, hold on to them until you truly feel it's time to move on.

you need to contact your state. most states, you can move out legally at 16, but you must go to school and work at the same time. I moved out at 16, and never went back. at 18, you are considered legally an adult.
think twice about moving out, if you still have the ability to stay at home. it's your decision, of course, but you may regret leaving home so early when you realize it's not as much as it's cracked up to be. there's bills, work, school, insurance, schedules, neighbors, utility bills, car payments, car insurance, grocery bills,,,,, i'm gonna stop now, but there's tons to think about.
good luck, honey. and i hope everything goes okay for you!!!
