I plan to take my FERNANDES electric guitar overseas. Is it easy to remove the neck and reattach it later? That was I can pack the guiatr in my suitcase.
There are 4 screws at the back of the neck around 20th fret. Would unscrewing those unplug the neck? Any problems reattaching it?
If anyone has done this please let me know.
Thanks

Yup! The 4 screws are most likely in a metal plate. Remove them and the neck will come right off. You will not hurt it at all!
If you loosen the strings it may be easier to reinstall.

it style of looks like its 2 diverse issues you have. to comprehend what you're asking, you song your low E string then once you play a G on your (tuned) E string its sharp ? first factor you could attempt is to song each and every string then positioned your finger under the string the place the hollow is and pull upwards. This stretches the string and contraptions it in. song the string when you do this. Repeat this countless situations till the string continues to be in song when you stretch it. in case you nonetheless have the issue with a sharp G no longer on your E string it ought to be your guitar. the two the neck or the frets could be off. yet, in the adventure that your in basic terms issue is in simple terms protecting your guitar in song, then the 1st tip approximately stretching could do the trick.
